As a photographer and storyteller from this community, I have spent years seeing the incredible depth of stories Nairobi has to offer. Our neighbourhood is full of deep history, new art, and powerful community projects that happen behind the scenes every single day.

This platform is a space where we save our past, share our present, and celebrate our heroes. It is a library built from the talent, resilience, and creativity found within our people.

For this launch, our goal is simple: to gently open the door and introduce the approaches with which we aim to archive these stories.
